Return Eligibility
The item must be reported as defective within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
The defect must be due to manufacturing or shipping issues. Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
You must provide a photo or video showing the defect, along with your order or invoice number, when initiating a return request.

Return the Item: Send the defective item back using the provided label.

Additional Information
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
We do not charge restocking fees for defective item returns.
Replacements are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued
