Return Eligibility

  • The item must be reported as defective within 30 calendar days of receiving it.

  • The defect must be due to manufacturing or shipping issues. Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

  • You must provide a photo or video showing the defect, along with your order or invoice number, when initiating a return request.

Return Process

  2. Approval: Once we verify the issue, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Return the Item: Send the defective item back using the provided label.

  4. Replacement or Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a replacement at no extra charge or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.

Additional Information

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • We do not charge restocking fees for defective item returns.

  • Replacements are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued
